Products We Are Supplying

Furnace oil

Furnace oil is a dark viscous residual fuel obtained by blending mainly heavier components from crude distillation unit, short residue and clarified oil from liquidized catalytic cracker unit. These types of oils enhance combustion for melting furnaces to ensure best results in the factories. This dark, viscous residual fuel oil is obtained by blending residual products from various refining processes with suitable diluent. Usually middle distillates are used to obtain the required fuel oil grades.

Bitumen

Bitumen is a mixture of dark, sticky, highly viscous organic liquids composed mainly of aromatic hydrocarbons. It is usually black or dark brown in color. Bitumen found in nature is known as crude bitumen, and that obtained by the distillation of crude oil is called refined bitumen. It is now possible to produce bitumen from non-petroleum based renewable resources such as sugar, molasses, or starch. Materials that contain bitumen are described as bituminous, such as bituminous coal and bituminous rock. Bitumens are used primarily for paving roads. They have also been used for waterproofing products such as roofing felt and boats. Some have used bitumen plates to dampen the noise produced by moving computer parts (such as hard drives) and dishwashers. With the recent rise in oil prices, it has become profitable to upgrade bitumen to synthetic crude oil. Naturally occurring bitumens have served well for the preservation of plant and animal fossils.Bituminous Coal or Black Coal is a relatively soft coal containing a tarlike substance called Bitumen. It is of higher quality than lignite coal but of poorer quality than anthracite. Formation is usually the result of high pressure being exerted on lignite. Its coloration can be black or sometimes dark brown. Often there are well-defined bands of bright and dull material within the seams.

Base Oil

We are supplying premium quality Base Oils. Base Oils are the building blocks used to manufacture lubricants, such as motor oils. Base Oils are produced from refining crude oil (mineral base oil) or through chemical synthesis (synthetic base oil). Base oil is typically defined as oil with a boiling point range between 550 and 1050 F. It consists of hydrocarbons with 18 to 40 carbon atoms. This oil can be either paraffinic or napthenic in nature depending on the chemical structure of its molecules.

Bio Diesel

Bio-diesel refers to a vegetable oil-or animal fat-based diesel fuel consisting of long-chain alkyl (methyl, ethyl, or propyl) esters. Biodiesel is typically manufactured by chemically reacting lipids like vegetable oil, animal fat with an alcohol producing fatty acid esters. In other words it is a form of diesel fuel manufactured from vegetable oils, animal fats, or recycled restaurant greases. It is safe, biodegradable, and produces less air pollutants than petroleum-based diesel.Biodiesel can be used in its pure form (B100) or blended with petroleum diesel.Common blends include B2(2 percent biodiesel), B5, and B20.Most vehicle manufacturers approve blends up to B5, and some approve blends up to B20.

Pygas

The Pygas (Pyrolysis Gasoline) is high aromatics content used for gasoline blending. It is also used as a feedstock for a BTX extraction unit. Pyrolysis Gasoline is produced in an ethylene plant where also the naphtha, butane or gasoil is processed.

Naphtha

Naphtha normally refers to a number of flammable liquid mixtures of hydrocarbons, i.e. a component of natural gas condensate or a distillation product from petroleum, coal tar, or peat boiling in a certain range and containing certain hydrocarbons. Naphtha is a colorless to reddish-brown volatile aromatic liquid, very similar to gasoline.

Diesel

Diesel fuel is a mixture of hydrocarbons obtained by distillation of crude oil. The important properties which are used to characterize diesel fuel include cetane number (or cetane index), fuel volatility, density, viscosity, cold behavior, and sulfur content. Diesel fuel specifications differ for various fuel grades and in different countries. Diesel, can be any liquid fuel used in diesel engines. The most common form of diesel is a specific fractional distillate of petroleum fuel oil.
